Docelya

Belgian platform for medical practices and centres

Opening in

Patient reception is about to change.

Docelya is preparing a new way to stay available to your patients, even when several calls come in at once or your team is already busy.

Docelya is a Belgian patient reception platform for practices and medical centres. It opens on 5 October 2026, initially in a limited number of areas.

See what’s comingA short conversation to introduce you to Docelya and tell you whether your area is still open.

Three questions before you leave us your number

  1. The invisible requests

How many patients was your practice unable to attend to yesterday?

Nobody knows. And that’s exactly the problem.

A request that goes unanswered leaves no trace. And a patient who wasn’t welcomed doesn’t always come back.

  2. The busy moments

What happens when your team is already busy?

    The requests keep coming in.

And when several patients get in touch at the same time, one of them shouldn’t stop the others from being welcomed.

  3. Reception carries on

What if no patient had to wait?

Today you choose between answering during a consultation and not answering at all.

Your patients, meanwhile, are waiting for an answer.

What if no patient had to wait for a line to free up?

Docelya is preparing a new way for Belgian medical practices to welcome their patients.

Several patients can be welcomed at the same time, even when your team is already busy. You stay focused on your patients. Reception carries on.

What is Docelya?

Docelya is a Belgian patient reception platform, published by KubeOptix, designed to help medical practices stay available, even when their teams are already busy. It supports the practice’s medical secretariat and telephone reception, without replacing them.

It meets patients’ practical needs and makes their experience smoother before, during and after a visit to the practice.

Its virtual assistant makes clear at the start of every conversation that it is automated, and hands the patient over to a person whenever they ask.

Frequently asked questions

When does Docelya open?

Docelya opens on 5 October 2026. It will open first in a limited number of areas in Belgium. Practices that ask to be contacted see the platform before that date.

Who is Docelya for?

Docelya is for practices and medical centres in Belgium. It is designed for general practitioners, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists and medical specialists, in solo practices, group practices and medical centres.

Does Docelya replace my secretariat?

No, Docelya supports your team, it does not replace it. It welcomes patients when everything happens at once: during consultations, busy periods and absences. Its assistant states that it is automated at the start of every exchange and transfers to a person as soon as the patient asks.

Does Docelya handle medical emergencies?

No. Docelya supports patient reception: it makes no diagnosis, performs no triage and assesses no emergency. Your practice’s emergency instructions remain in place.

How much does Docelya cost?

The starting price is 299 € per month for one practitioner. The full pricing is presented during the introduction call. The call-back request is free of obligation.

Do we need to buy any hardware?

No. An ordinary tablet at the reception desk is enough: patients check in by scanning their QR code. There is no kiosk to buy or install. A practice that prefers a dedicated kiosk is free to use one.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted in the European Union. It can be exported at any time and is never sold on.

Which languages does Docelya use with patients?

Docelya welcomes patients in French, Dutch and English. This site is available in all three languages.

How do I ask to be contacted?
